Handcrafted Fresh to Order All Red Oak Body Products are handcrafted fresh to order, ensuring you receive the highest quality, small-batch body care. Because each product is made specifically for you, please allow 5-10 business days for processing before your order ships (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates We ship via USPS and other trusted carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (if available)

Total delivery time = Processing time (5-10 days) + Shipping time (5-7 days)
